I went shopping once and the person behind the checkout seemed a little unhappy. Once he was ready packing my purchases, I wished him a very pleasant day. It took him two seconds to realise what I said and then he sincerely THANKED me! I think that made my day, making a person that happy by just saying five words (dutch: "nog een hele fijn dag!") :) Wow nice!
